Overview

The dala.care Zapier integration connects dala.care, a healthcare workforce management platform for home care agencies, to the Zapier automation ecosystem. With this integration, you can build automated workflows (called “Zaps”) that move data between dala.care and 7,000+ other apps, including Google Sheets, Slack, Microsoft Teams, HR systems, CRMs, billing platforms, and more.

Who is this for? Home care agency administrators, office managers, and operations teams who want to reduce manual data entry, keep systems in sync, and build reporting pipelines without writing code.

What can you automate?

  • Onboarding: Automatically create care recipients or caregivers in dala.care when they appear in your HR system or intake form.

  • Scheduling: Build visits and activities programmatically, including recurring schedules.
