Activity templates

Activity templates are created by admins and success managers.
By setting up activity templates, you can streamline the scheduling process, ensuring consistency and efficiency in care planning.

Creating Activity Templates


To create an activity template and navigate to the Settings section. Click on Add New Template. In the form that appears, enter a Name and Description for the activity. You can also choose the Recurrence option:

  • Every visit

  • Interval

  • Standalone

Additionally, you can select the Type (link to acitivity types article) and Group to categorize similar activities. By grouping related tasks, you can efficiently oversee and track them, ensuring a more structured approach to activity management.

After creating the activity template, you must assign it to specific divisions, regions, or offices within your organization.

Add activites from template

To assign an activity template to a care recipient, navigate to their profile and select the Add from template.

Here, you can add activity templates that were previously assigned to the care recipient's office. Once added, you have the option to modify or add details regarding the recurrence of the activity. Additionally, you can include a personalized description for each activity, ensuring that specific instructions or notes are tailored to the individual care recipient's needs.
