Add Caregivers
Go to the Caregivers section in the Team app to add new caregivers.
Complete their profile and supply the email address they will use to authenticate to the dala.care App.
Once they are added to the platform, an invite is sent out for them to sign in to the dala.care App for the first time.
A friendly message will be displayed informing them that they have not visits assigned yet if they log in before they are assigned to a first visit.
Caregiver schedule
You can monitor the caregiver schedule through their profile page.
Deactivate caregivers
From the list of caregivers, you can edit and deactivate a caregiver.
This will remove their access to your dala.care Workspace but their historical data will be retained in the system until manually deleted by an administrator.
