Manage Care Recipients

Add Care Recipient

The first thing you in dala.care is to add one or more care recipients. The people receiving care.

Everything on the platform evolves around the care recipient and we consider them to be the heart of the care graph.

To add a new care recipient, go to the Care recipients page and select the Add Care Recipient option.

Update Care Plan

The care plan can be updated from the care recipient profile page.

Every new Workspace is configured using the default dala.care care plan but these can be customized based on your requirements.

Every update to the care plan is stored as a new version and is available immediately to caregivers and contacts through the dala.care App.

Update Activities

Activities of daily living are added to the care recipient profile based on initial and/or follow up assessments. These activities can then be assigned to visit definitions.

Manage Schedule

From the care recipient profile page, you can manage the visit schedule. Create, edit and update one off or recurring visits.

Deactivate Care Recipients

When a care recipient no longer requires care, you can deactivate them through the Edit Care Recipient slide-out. This will mark the care recipient as inactive and delete all future visits. Historical data is retained in the system until an administrator decides to fully delete the care recipient profile.
